30-DAY RETURN POLICY

• Link’s Golf Shack offers a 30 day return or exchange on unused, non-custom products with a valid receipt.
• Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
• In the event circumstances prevent a refund, such as multiple payment tenders used, Link’s will issue store credit in the form of a Link’s Golf Shack gift card.
• Link’s Golf Shack considers the following valid proof(s) of purchase: original sales receipt, email confirmation of purchase, packing slip, or return barcode.
• Any return approved by Link’s Golf Shack without valid proof of purchase will be issued in the form of a Link’s Golf Shack Gift Card.
• In order to be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be in unused, clean, and resalable condition.

THE FOLLOWING MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

• Any Custom Order merchandise.
• Merchandise that has been opened.
• Merchandise that we are unable to re-sell (dirty, damaged, worn, washed).
• Collectible merchandise, nostalgia merchandise, or autographed merchandise.
• Bulk orders for tournaments or special events.
• Any purchases made with a gift card or a merchandise credit gift card from a prior return.
• Link’s Golf Shack reserves the right to limit or deny any refund at any time, regardless of receipt.
• The 30-Day return policy begins from the date of merchandise delivery to the recipient.
