As you begin your project, it’s important to know that CUSTOMIZATION (designing and creating product from the ground up), is a very different process than PERSONALIZATION. Personalization is simply adding names, initials, personal messages or photographs to an item in our inventory and moving it to your shopping cart. Our web site is filled with amazing products that are ready to personalize and order today! Just look for the “Personalize It!” banner on products all throughout our website! Customization may take a little longer and have a higher price point than personalized items, as our designers are starting from scratch. We just wanted to let you know that up front, and we are excited to bring your vision to life!

STEP 1: To get started, please share your idea with us in the CONTACT FORM at the bottom of the page. Be sure to include as many details as possible about your project. For example: I would like to design a wall sign for my husband with his name on it. It’s for Father’s Day, and it should incorporate the theme of golf, as well as the name of our three kids.

STEP 2: Upload any files or photographs (logos, inspirational pics, pics of people to be used in the design, etc.).

STEP 3: We will contact you within 24 business hours to discuss your design, ask any clarification questions we may have, and provide a price estimate for your approval before moving forward.

STEP 4: Our design team will present any initial concepts and begin the process of editing until you have approved a final product design.

STEP 5: Upon your approval, we will provide you with a payment link, and upon receipt of payment, we will complete the physical production of your item. Products are typically completed with 48 hours of receiving product approval.

STEP 6: We will send you a final pic of your product before safely packaging it for shipping.
