LINK’S GOLF SHACK LLC (collectively, “LINK’S”, “we”, “us” or “are”) occasionally collect essential information for the purposes of conducting transactions with our customers. This privacy policy (or “policy”) is designed to inform you of: (a) types of information we may collect; (b) what your choices are with regards to the information we collect; and (c) the ways we collect, secure, use, share and update the information we collect. This Policy applies to the ways and types of information LINK’S collects through business operations through our website, smart device sites (mobile phones, tablets, game counsels, etc.) social media, applications (apps), messaging platforms such as email marketing or text messages, even registration, and contests and promotions (Individually a “Site” and collectively, our “Sites”). Social media, digital and on-line marketing campaigns, and email communication are collectively referred to as “Internet Marketing Channels”. This policy does not pertain to 3rd party vendor use of information, such as payment processors (Square, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.), which have their own Privacy Policies.

In such instances, your interactions with us are governed by our Privacy Policy, as well as any privacy policy directly representing the social media platform which you use. By accessing, linking to, or engaging with our Web Site or Internet Marketing Channels, or any other third-party social media platform, you are giving LINK’S permission to access and use any information you post or save on the applicable social media platform in accordance with that platforms posted privacy policy, as well as the privacy settings which you have applied to your personal account. You further give permission to store the username and password that you use to log-in to each social media platform you use. When you access or log into our web site or any of our social media platforms or Internet Marketing Channels via any social media services, any information you have provided may be accessible to that service and is automatically subject to that service’s privacy policy. If you would like more information on managing the information provided to LINK’S by these social media services, please review each social media services posted privacy settings, and the privacy settings you have set up with your social media services. LINK’S has no control over, and is not responsible for, the privacy practices of any social media platforms.
- Other Information. In addition to the collection of any Personal Information referenced above, LINK’S may collect information that does not identify you and is in no way associated with your Personal Information. LINK’S may also de-identify information to ensure it no longer identifies you. In doing so, we may use that information conduct marketing activities in a way that will not compromise your Personal Information. Such activity is deemed outside the scope of our Privacy Policy.
II. Your Choices
As a customer, you have a number of choices regarding our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information:
- Email Opt-Out.You may unsubscribe from receiving promotional e-mail communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in our e-mail communications. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional email communications, LINK’S may contact you I response to an inquiry you submit (e.g. shipping notification, product recalls, shipment notification, etc.).

In purchasing merchandise or services from LINK’S, subscribing to our Text or Email marketing program, communicating with us, or conducting business with us in any way, you understand that we are not responsible for the use of personal information obtained by a third party business.
- To comply with applicable city, state, or federal laws, or as requested based upon governmental regulations, subpoenas, or court orders.
- As required or deemed necessary to protect the privacy, safety, and rights of our LINK’S customers and Team Members, and to assist with investigations into suspected or actual fraud or any other unlawful activity perpetrated against us, our Team Members, or our customers.
- When permitted by law as related to aspects of our business including the sale and shipping of products, and user tracking related to targeted cookies, etc.
- Any other situations disclosed at the time data is collected.
V. How You Can Update Your Information
- If you have information you need to update, such as address changes related to the receipt of product, email or phone numbers associated with our Text / Email programs, etc., you may contact us directly using the contact form found in the bottom site menu of all pages on our web site.
Please note:
- Link’s may need to deny information change requests if they risk the privacy of other people, or they are impractical or unreasonably repetitive or labor intensive.
- Upon the update, or deletion / closure of an account or of any of your personal information, residual copies of information may remain on our servers and back-up systems as permitted to the extent permitted by the law.

Link’s uses a variety of security measures to assist in protecting Personal Information and transactions that we process. Our web site utilizes encryption technology to protect Personal Information transported via the internet. Customer account information is protected with password restricted access.
We also use security measures to assist in protecting personal information that we maintain. While no company can guarantee the absolute security of your information, we take every precaution to reduce risks.
Information is retained for a variety of reasons, such as business purposes while your account is still active, as long as is required to provide you with your ordered products and services; and as long as is necessary to comply with any legal obligations or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Information managed or retained by third parties supporting Link’s business operations maintain their own retention policies.

We periodically update our Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted to the Privacy Policy page on our web site, located in the site menu at the bottom of all pages. Should we make any significant change to how we use your information that adversely affects your rights, we will provide you with thirty-day advanced notice to via the contact information we have stored for you. If you do not agree with our policy changes, you may stop using the Link’s website, and if you have an account with us, you should cancel your account with us within the thirty day period by contacting us via our contact form located on our web site.
